You can request that your account and all associated data be deleted by writing to us at support@civicsace.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
When you first launch the app, any new user gets full access to all premium features (like Mock Interviews, full flashcard sets, and advanced quizzes) for a limited free trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe through Google Play to continue using those features.
No. CivicsAce is completely independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency.
No. Your audio is processed directly through Android's built-in speech-to-text service. CivicsAce does not store, record, or transmit your audio.
